Leadership Commitee

The Leadership committee is an elected structure representing the Equalisers within all schools where EE is active. Equalisers at each school elect leaders who represent them on the committee. Leadership committee members hold school meetings and are relied upon to represent and communicate the views of Equalisers. The leadership committee is consulted when difficult movement decisions must be made. Khayelitsha currently has the largest and strongest leadership committee, but committees will be formed in Kraaifontein, Bonteheuwel and other areas where EE becomes active.
