University Students & Local Volunteers

Equal Education is built on the hard work of volunteers. Call us or visit our offices in Khayelitsha. You can assist with the following:

  1. Planning and/or running weekly youth group meetings as part of a team.
  2. Tutoring and academic support to our gap year and grade 12 academic support programme.
  3. Administrative tasks like stuffing envelopes, making calls and writing letters.
  4. Working as a researcher, writer or research assistant in the Policy, Communications & Research Department.
  5. Coordinate specific projects which occur from time to time.
  6. Work as a personal assistant to one of the heads of department.
